Peer Counseling, advocacy on a variety of issues (housing, legal, employment, etc.), 5000+ lending library, hot-line which is staffed by volunteers 12 hours per day, monthly community calendar, annual resource directory, on-line calendar, website, bi-weekly enewsletter, quarterly printed newsletter, annual awards banquet, New Year's Eve event, smaller fundraisers.
