Terry Stone, Executive Director of CenterLink, brings many years of nonprofit experience including over a decade of service with the LGBT and HIV/AIDS communities. He previously served as the Executive Director of the National Adult Day Services Association, The Center of Orange County and the Northwest AIDS Foundation. Throughout his career, Mr. Stone has served on a number of boards and commissions at the national, state and local levels including the National Association of LGBT Community Centers (Washington, DC), the Leadership Council of Aging Organizations (Washington, DC), AIDS Action Council (Washington, DC), Men Alive (Orange County), YMCA (Seattle), and the Ryan White Planning Council (Orange County, Seattle and Dallas).

Guido Sanchez has a dual degree in Sociology and Gender & Sexuality Studies from New York University and a Masters in Public Health (MPH) from the University of Massachusetts. Guido was the Executive Director of the Pride Connections Center of New Jersey (Hudson Pride Connections) from April 2006 through December 2008, where he oversaw the purchase of a three-story building and the doubling of their programming and operations budgets. Prior to that, Guido worked at the New York University Health Center, and was a consultant for Cicatelli & Associates, Inc, as well as a presenter at numerous public health conferences. He has worked in public health since 2001, conducting sexual health, LGBTQ, HIV / AIDS, and harm reduction workshops at high schools, colleges, agencies, and governmental departments domestically and internationally, as well as extensive involvement in grassroots community organizing. Prior to working in public health, Guido has worked at Goldman Sachs as a Telecom Systems Associate in the Investment Banking Division. Guido has served as the Co-Chair for the Northern New Jersey chapter of the Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network (GLSEN) since 2007, as well as the Secretary of the Hudson County HIV / AIDS Services Planning Council and chair of the Minorities AIDS Initiative Committee. Guido previously served on the board of CenterLink from December 2006 through December 2008.
