CenterLink Member Application

Your organization (agency), if approved, will be the CenterLink member. Each LGBTQ center and location operated by your agency may be detailed in our member directory. Staff members at all locations will be eligible to access our ever-growing shared resources and benefits.

We've tried to make this online application as easy as possible, but due to the comprehensive member profile we can display online, we need to gather a decent amount of information so that we can get you approved quickly. Once approved, you will be asked to give us more information so we can help spread the word about your organization and get your staff and board access to our resources, shared knowledge, etc.

We begin by asking for information about your agency. For most organizations, your agency and center may be the same entity.
